From Design...
Our team can conduct a site visit to take comprehensive dimensions and photos to ensure accuracy using the most up to date Leica® laser measuring equipment. This inspection also ensures the location will house the cabinets without worry. With an eye for design, our team will look for new ideas to complement the space or expand upon your vision. All information gathered is sent to our office artists to help create a more detailed 3D rendering of the space, before and after.
Back at the office, we develop CAD drawings showing the transformed space with your new cabinets. This will give you the first glimpses of the design. At this stage, product dimensions and storage cabinet sizes will be shown, as well as integration with the existing products, such as fridges, barbecues, sinks, beverages centers, and countertop materials. We add details for you and your contractor to locate all the plumbing and electrical services for your outdoor cabinets, outdoor furniture and appliance products.
We modify the layout to your liking and selections of handle styles, modern to contemporary cabinet style, drawers, and doors are completed. Our technical drawings will reflect all components used to give a comprehensive overview of the design. We are able to work with any chosen supplier or materials, but we do have some preferred partners and brands to recommend.
To Fabrication...
Once the designs are confirmed, our state-of-the-art 30,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Delta, British Columbia takes over. They begin the fabrication of your unique cabinet set-up. Within 3-4 weeks, every part is crafted and assembled for delivery.
A Little More about Our Cabinets
Our storage cabinets come in a variety of widths, ranging from 15" to 36". We can currently accommodate barbecues up to 48" wide. With a removable rear panel for post-installation access, any utility connections can be made with ease. A wall bracket allows for airflow, space for utility materials, and additional supported counter depth, but can be removed depending on the application. Minor customization can be applied to suit the space as required.
Panels and Counter Tops
Available in thicknesses ranging from 1/2" to 1 1/2", Sterling Stainless steel door panels and countertops feature an aluminum honeycomb core that is built to last. As opposed to wood core stainless panels, ours exhibit superior protection against weathering and will retain their structure for the lifespan of the product. Feel safe and secure knowing that your stainless will always remain in that Sterling condition!
