Our Warranty
Warranty Terms
All Sterling Stainless kitchens are supplied with a limited warranty to the original purchaser, beginning on the date of installation.
- Cabinet Bodies:
Sterling Stainless warrants all cabinet bodies (excluding hinges, drawer slides, and exterior components) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation.
- Hinges and Drawer Slides:
Hinges and drawer slides are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.
- Exterior Doors:
Exterior doors are warranted against corrosion for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
This warranty applies solely to products installed and used in residential applications.
Sterling Stainless reserves the right to deny any warranty claim where, in its reasonable determination, the product has been subject to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or use inconsistent with intended purpose.
